Bloom Electronics Private Limited incorporated in the year 1991 by Mr. Karthikeyan as a vision to support the IT/ITES sector with the tag line of “We care for you”. In the year 1993, with the advent of Mr.G S Sundaram as the Chairman of the company, We grew 40% on YoY under his leadership. He has an illustrious service of 28 years in the Banking sector help us to have strong financial foundation over the years.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified and MSE 2* rated by CRISIL. We are having average turnover of 150Cr per annum and plan to achieve 20% growth in the coming financial year. With the Growth Projection of 20% YOY, We will achieve 250 Cr in 2022. Bloom strategically being placed with a very well balanced line of business (LOB’s). Namely - Distribution, Retail, Exports & Projects.

Distribution

Owing to onset of e- commerce which is impacting retail & reselling businesses we have expanded our strategic partnership with leading Brands like Lenovo , Asus (specially for their Gaming range of laptop’s and Desktop’s) & Avita Laptops, data clearly shows these brands are gaining market share. With this addition other than Dell, Microsoft, Epson, Hp we are sure we will be growing compared to last year in this Division. 

We also have around 800+ dealer network under us to provide our IT solutions across Tamilnadu as well as the Metros of India.

Retail

Under this division Bloom is having Dell Direct Stores in the Rest of Tamilnadu region and also has Multi brand Showroom and experience center in Coimbatore.

Exports

In the current domestic market scenario there is excellent opportunity for this division as we are able identify huge market excess inventory which we are able to export to our long term clients across Asia & Middle East region. We estimate this division to grow by 50% this year.

Projects 2

Within the short span of 3 years since inception of this division we have executed about 30+ Projects with top line of 40 Cr. We have strategically aligned with PSUs like KELTRON, AMTRON, WTL (WeBel Technologies), Keoincs& TCIL. As of today we have served to the following premium & Prestigious clients like Govt. Of Mizoram, Govt of Sikkim, Govt. of Assam, Govt. of Tripura, Govt. of Puducherry and Govt. of Arunachal as well as Tripura High Court, Mizoram High Court , Puducherry Police, Assam Police, United India Insurance, Leap Energy, LMW, LMT, EL GEE Brothers, Craftsman, ViswaDevji , Emerald, Titan and Nissan, etc.,

Our plan for these Line of Businesses is to provide more and more niche smart solutions with innovative technologies to the clients at affordable price in the area of Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Utilities & Energy as well as Government (e-Governance, Smart cities and Digital India) Initiatives. We are working on two R&D Innovative solutions along with our Partners in the area of Cyber Security and Industry 4.0 Applications.
